Top 10 male leads who redefined Heroism in the Television Industry?

The major makeup of the daily soap is the Drama, Conflict and love stories between the leading pair of the show. There are mandatory qualities a hero should possess like good looks but these people serve us with all this and more.

Let’s look at top 10 men who managed to rule the heart of the audience:

Kartik Goenka (Mohsin Khan): Apart from attracting the viewers with his hot and sexy persona, Khan showed how a loving, caring and supportive husband should be like.  He taught us that it is absolutely okay to step back and let the ladies at home to get the limelight and shine. Kartik also portrayed that men being emotionally expressive can be considered normal and crying does not make them less of a man.

  • Karan Shergil (Shaleen Malhotra) The special agent is a strong guy who is a no nonsense person. Karan believes that women are stronger than men and I love this mindset which the show Ziddi dil mane Na is promoting through this character. Karan encourages and supports Monami Mahajan and Sanjana Dubey to push their limits and give their best at every task given to them as a cadet and commando respectively.
  • Shivaay Singh Oberoi (Nakul Mehta): Shivaay strikes a healthy balance between business and family. Usually a television show portrays that protecting the family from any trouble is a man’s job but Shivaay is always vocal about the ladies being capable of taking control and helping their counterparts to get out of trouble.
  • Kabir Kumar Rathod (Mishkat Verma) Kabir breaks this stereotype that men need to be buffed up and show no softness even if the situation demands it from him. I loved the way he expresses gratitude towards Nisha (Aneri Vajani) to protect him and not take her for granted.
  • Zain Imam (Neel): Zain Imam is one actor who has never denied doing an anti hero onscreen to teach people a lesson. He always experiments with roles that contribute to the society rather than just looking good with nice clothes.
  • Veeranshu Singhania (Sharad Malhotra):  This male lead taught all of us the importance of respecting all women is necessary even when the lady is stronger in terms of post/ status etc. Vulnerability can be shared with people who are close and can help without judging the other person. Sharing the low points of life does not make one week and less manly.
  •   Sidharth Ganju (Kunal Karan Kapoor): This cadet of Parakram SAF and special agent Sanjana Dubey have given new meaning to couple goals and changed the set of rules for how a boy and girl have to behave in a relationship scenario.
  • Vibhuti Narayan Mishra (Aasif Sheikh): He is a house husband to a very beautiful and intelligent wife. He does not feel bad to be financially dependent on her. This character breaks free from the image the society has created for us to keep in mind.
  • Cheetah Chaturvedi (Priyanshu Singh): Cheetah is a woman psychologist and fits into the Mahila Police Thana perfectly. Chaturvedi takes this job as a learning experience from all his seniors and colleagues as he gets to spend so much time with 4 women.
  • Shantanu Kant (Karan V Grover): This genius scientist gets dominated by his own creation as he marries his lady robot. I love the way he is proud of what he has achieved and happily deals with what life throws at him.
