The movies like Saand ki Aankh, Gangubai kaathiwadi should have used a senior actor who could have been fit for the role instead of using younger actresses and putting a lot of makeup in order to make the viewers believe in their characters.
In the Modern times the ladies are showcasing girl power and altering the definition of womanhood which dictates them only to be a dutiful wife and loving mothers. Some of these silver screen divas like Rani Mukherjee, Kareena Kapoor have decided to continue with their careers even after the necessary milestones in their lives like Marriage and babies. As an audience we should accept the modifications these brave women are trying to make by becoming the face of the change. It is essential to give these actresses equality in terms of opportunities as well as money.
